genevieve & hrolfur

Genevieve and I are proud parents of a little, cute, chubby baby boy named Sólon Þorri.
Sólon was born this morning at 3:33AM and weight 3730 gr. (8 pounds 4 ounces) with a length of 54 cm (21 1/4 inches).
The little guy has a full head of medium blonde hair, bright blue eyes and large feet, he will make a good skier.....

We named him Sólon Þorri Hrólfsson Russell, the first and middle names are old Icelandic names, the first last name is son of Hrólfur according to Icelandic last names and the second last name will rule in Canada and keep the Russell name going down generations.

My brother Grétar in Iceland has just set up a website for Sólon, where some information on our little miracle can be found, we already posted some photos, and more to come, see the link frequently.

About a month ago we got a deck built on our new house at 1407. This Fall has been lovely sofar and we have had many opportunities to use the deck.
Hekla and Múli can go outside "at will" without returning with muddy paws.

We've gotta boat!
Jipper, this Spring and have already been on a couple of trips look in the gallery.
Our Boat is a Bayliner 175 with a wakeboard tower for water sports and the proud owners are Hrolfur & Genevieve, Lachlan and Tavish.
